I found the staff cute, especially Renata. She were very good too ensure all my needs were met. The room was super clean, every detail was carefully attended to, and it. The hotel location made it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.

The location was very good. I found halal places nearby, ideal for me. Breakfast was good with hot options. There were two types of eggs plus bacon and sausage.
My room was very small. There was no space to get dressed (I don't know why). The bathroom looked like a public toilet. I saw mould growing in the shower.

I found the standard twin room to be lovely. The room was clean when I arrived. The beds are indeed comfy. Helpful housekeeping staff gave me extra pillows when I asked.
I noticed a slight draft from the bathroom window it wouldn't close all the way.

the staff were helpful and accommodating . the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions (i especially appreciated the proximity to the tube station). i was able to leave my bags both before check-in and after check-out, very convenient.
the room was a bit cold, and the heater did not seem powerful enough. this made it slightly uncomfortable during the evenings. i think a more effective heating system would improve the overall experience.
